A complete security technology platform serving gated communities and private residential environments, built as a unified ecosystem where mobile apps, backend services, and a web command center share a single real-time data layer.
The React Native (Expo) mobile apps deliver live CCTV video streaming, GPS-based asset tracking, and remote control of IoT-enabled access hardware — working for both B2B (security operators) and B2C (residents) use cases.
The backend is built on Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions) for high availability and real-time synchronization. High-throughput microservices built with Bun.js handle large volumes of telemetry and event-driven security data with minimal latency.
The React web command center gives security operators a real-time view of fleet movements, security alerts, and emergency incidents. I delivered this as the sole engineer, collaborating directly with security operations leadership.
